Very nice location and the best "european" food we've had in Hikkaduwa. The pizza crust was not crispy, but apart from that the quality of food and drink was excellent. (They explained they had a bit of a problem with the oven, that probably explains the crust. ) The overall feeling was that this place is a cut above most of the other restaurants in Hikkaduwa(and we have tried many) Would absolutely recommend.

I would recommend this amazing place to anyone whilst visiting Hikkaduwa. From my first visit, I felt right at home and it remained my favourite restaurant for the rest of my trip. The ambience is amazing, with such lovely setting right on the beach and that’s without mentioning the friendly/accommodating staff alongside amazing food. There’s a wide variety to choose from on the menu and I can say each dish I ordered was always immaculate in both taste and presentation. Definitely a place I would love to return if I ever had the chance to visit Sri Lanka again

The restaurant is one of it’s kind, elegant ambiance, great food and exceptional drinks. They ruined my plan to visit 3 other restaurants around Hikkaduwa, with their food and mocktails. I am a vegetarian, and the staff was considerate enough to remember it, suggest right dishes, make pairing recommendations and serve the food at right times. I will definitely recommend their Saffron Tortelli, Spiced Punch, Caprese salad and Elder Taste for everyone.

We had dinner at this Italian restaurant and were very impressed. The fish was excellent, and the pizza from the stone oven was incredibly good. We sat right by the sea, which made the atmosphere even more special. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated. We will gladly come back

Fantastic restaurant right on the beach in Hikkaduwa. The food was excellent – from the bruschetta starter to the pizza and pasta, everything was spot on. Desserts could have been a touch cooler, but still tasty. Great value, beautiful location, and super friendly staff. Highly recommended! See you again soon

Amazing food - authentic Italian pizza & main pork dish, and cold drinks & delicious cocktails (Negroni & Moscow mule were next level!!) Can definitely recommend & will definitely be back.

As an Italian, I’m usually very picky about pizza — but Per Natura in Hikkaduwa completely impressed me! The pizza was outstanding: perfect dough, high-quality ingredients, and that unmistakable touch of authentic Italian craft. The chef is Italian, and you can truly feel it in every bite — the passion, the balance of flavors, the attention to detail. She’s also such a lovely, bubbly person — it was a real pleasure to meet her. One of the best pizza experiences I’ve had outside of Italy! ????????
